Delivery Areas We currently deliver across all major cities and towns in Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Faisalabad, Sialkot, and more.
Processing Time:Â Orders are processed within 1 - 5 business days after payment confirmation. Custom or made-to-order items may require 10 - 28 additional business days.
Delivery Timeframes:
- Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 5 - 7 business days
- Other cities & towns: 7 - 10 business days
- Remote areas: 10-14 business days
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount — check our current promotions.
Order Tracking:Â Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS to monitor your delivery.
Fragile & Oversized Items:Â Artisan crafts, pottery, sculptures, carpets, and furniture items are carefully packaged. Delivery timelines for oversized items may vary. Our team will contact you to coordinate delivery.
Failed Deliveries:Â If delivery is unsuccessful after 2 attempts, the order will be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply.
