At Aala Mayar, we take pride in the quality of every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied, here is our policy:

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Custom-made, stitched, and digital products are non-returnable
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned

How to Return:

• WhatsApp us at 0311 999 8485 with your order number and reason
• We will arrange pickup or guide you on how to send the item back
• Refunds are processed within 7 - 10 business days after we receive the item

Refund Method:

• Bank transfer to your provided account
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Damaged or Wrong Items:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
• We will replace or refund at no extra cost
